These grapes were harvested during the month of October, 1999 with an average sugar content of 23.7 degrees brix, .76 gm/100 ml total titratable acidity and 3.40 pH.
WINEMAKER'S NOTES
We cannot express the excitement we share with this release. It is certainly destined to be our finest Bordeaux-styled wine produced to date, (quite a statement considering the tremendous acclaim of our past two vintages) and among our finest releases of the year! This wine was carefully assembled by Gary Farrell, and is comprised of the very finest barrels from our top vineyard sources from the 1999 vintage.
