ZINFANDEL

When one thinks of Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley is often the first to come to mind. Here we select vineyards that produce wines with all those wonderful fruit flavors of fine Zinfandel –– blackberry, raspberry and strawberry – with hints of spice and a rich and opulent, supple mouthfeel. We choose to pick our Zinfandel at slightly lower brix than most, and have found those small vineyards that allow the fruit to ripen fully without achieving excessive brix (alcohol) levels.
